The Edward Gersich Distance Education Scholarship: Students receive $1,000. Applicants must be an online student at least 25 years old, have junior or senior status and have a GPA of 3.0. Applicants must be a graduate or undergraduate student in an online program and live in northern Minnesota or have ties to the area, and seek a degree in teacher education.
The Gladys McKinley Distance Learning Scholarship: Selected students in teacher education degree programs receive a $1,000 scholarship.
The Northern Minnesota Distance Learning Professional Scholarship: Students receive $1,000. Applicants must be from northern Minnesota (Brainerd area and north), declared in an online program, have a GPA of 3.0 and be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a degree to prepare for work in a professional setting.
